Registration Guidelines
Each delegation must fill & submit the registration form before the registration deadline i.e 25th Of January 2024.
Each delegation is required to be accompanied by a Coach/Chaperone.
A head delegate must be appointed by the institution and he/she will act as the Institution's representative and will be contacted if any unforeseen circumstances may arise.
All delegates can participate in a maximum of 3 categories. There will be no limit on the number of teams per category an Institution can send. However, only one delegation per institution is allowed.
All Delegates are required to show school and National ID cards before entering the Premises.

The delegate fee for the entire delegation must be made in cash to the Accountant's office at SICAS Liberty Complex.
Our campus can be visited at 31/32 Shahrah-e-Hazrat Imam Hussain, Block E/1 Gulberg III, Lahore between 9:00 am till 3:00 pm.
The delegate fee can also be paid by online bank transfer, and proof of transaction must be submitted to the Accountant at SLC or to our Directors Registrations.
On-spot payments will not be catered.
